INI-CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) is a national-level postgraduate medical entrance exam conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi.

It is held twice a year (May & November sessions) for admission to MD/MS/DM (6 yrs)/MCh (6 yrs)/MDS courses in prestigious medical institutes known as Institutes of National Importance (INIs) such as:
